Mechanical Treatment

Various devices can be used to perform the following operations of mechanical processing:

  • Mechanical processing of details of the high-speed

(Machine DMC103V- Dimension of processing details 1000x600x400)- Machine features allow achieving high accuracy of machine tools made ​​in detail and high-purity of treated surface;

 

  • Mechanical treatment of the massive details

(Milling-turning machines with 5 coordinate of software management tools,

Milling machines with 5 coordinate DMG DMU70 evolinear of software management tools)

Machine tools are equipped with modern software management systems, which enable us to produce details of variety of sizes, configurations and with surface of high accuracy and high-purity;

 

  • Processing of  large-sized powers (type of aircraft panels ) details on milling machine tools ФП-9 of  software control - Dimension of processing details 7600х1800х800)

 

  • The torque treatment of rotating details of large-sized powers on turning – whirligig machine1557-the maximum diameter of the processing details Ф 3200mm.

 

  • Cleaning of internal and external single-throw and multi-throw different cylindrical, conical threads on grinding machine 5К822В

Diameters of wiping threads 2-95 mm. The pitch of metric threads 0,25-12. The number of filaments of inch threads 1’ 28 – 4, 5’. The maximum length of cleaning thread – 270 mm.

 

Deep Drilling Machine: It is possible to produce 200 mm and 2000 mm length cylinders.

Software-controlled turning machine, it is possible to produce the details in diameter up to 500 mm - in length up to 1000 mm.

Universal turning machines with digital control, it is possible to produce the details in diameter up to 500 mm - in length up to 2000 mm.

 

Stamping works

The following operations are possible to be carried out using various equipment:

 

Cold stamping of sheet material on the mechanical pressure, hydraulic pressure and falling hammers, in particular:

Contour pitch invasion;

Contour coined with the water stream on cutting machine (Water Jet Nano-Jet , 5 axes, CNC and Water Jet 2000X5000 mm CNC, 3 axes) and plasma cutting machine (Plasma Jet PP260A, CNC); 2000х5000 thickness  up to 0.5200mm

Pitch bending operations; press “erfurtze” 800х1000 , h~220mm, up to S-3mm

Pitch stretching operations; press “K350A” 1400х2500 , h~160 mm, up to S-3mm

 

  • Pitch of complex configuration details on falling hammer with lead – zinc pitch. Dimensions 1250х1250 ,  S- 3mm
  • Cutting Plates (SHEAR CNC HVR 3100X6MM) and its profiling operations (Sheet bending machine POWER-BEND 3100X200) on paper bending machine L -3000mm, up to S-10mm
  • Details of the various forms of rubber pitch using mounting units “Siempelkamp”and “Коломна” (both needs repair)

Tubes design and manufacturing technologies 

Tubes for the following systems of aircraft and helicopter;

  4. Pneumatic system
  5. Hydraulic System
  6. Air-conditioning system

For tube fabricating are used tubes made from materials АМГ2М; 12Х18Н10Т; М2М; М3М.

Bending tube by hand and by special tube bending machine (model of the firm 5000 JUTEC). From 6mm to 50mm, the length up to 4500mm.

 

For bending aluminum tubes by hand we use sand stuffing and gas heating.

Stainless steel tubes up to 10mm diameter are bent by using Bowden, and binding tubes above 10mm are carried out by using nitrate formation fluid.

By using tube bending machine is carried out bending of tubes made from all kind of material from 6 mm to 50mm.

The tubes are tested on the pressure up to 15 atmospheres.

Welding equipment capabilities and qualified welders provide a high degree of assurance of welding connection.
